  • How can I track my order?

  • Order Modification or Cancellation

    Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot modify or cancel it.
    If your jewelry is not suitable, you have 14 days to return your order, excluding worn jewelry.

    Please note, we do not offer exchanges – refunds only.

  • What are our delivery times?

    Sàntibé Bijoux is committed to shipping all orders within a maximum of 72 hours. From the date of shipment, the average delivery times are as follows:

    - 2 to 5 business days for France
    - 5 to 10 business days internationally

  • How do I return a purchase?

    If your jewelry is not suitable, you have 14 days to return your item free of charge for a refund.

    1. Request your return label by specifying your order number. To do so, write to us by clicking here. Remember to include the size and weight of your return package in your message. You will then receive your return label by email within 48 hours.

    2. Place the item in its original box and then in sturdy packaging.

    3. Affix your label to your package and send it with tracking to TBS Company – Sàntibé Bijoux – 14 rue de la Fontaine Aux Prêtres - 92260 FONTENAY AUX ROSES

    We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your jewelry, simply return it for a refund and place a new order.

    The refund will be processed within 15 days of your return being registered. It will be issued directly to the card used for the purchase.

  • Is my jewelry guaranteed?

    There is a commercial warranty that covers the repair of jewelry (replacement of clasp, broken chain, detached woven beads).

    The Customer may request the application of this guarantee by returning the Product and proof of purchase to us by mail:

    This warranty runs from the date of delivery of the Product for a period of 2 years.


    This commercial warranty does not apply to
    :

    1/ Inappropriate uses and defects in use;

    2/ Damage due to:
    - a handling error;
    - misuse or abnormal use;
    - an intentional or accidental physical modification in the event of abnormal maintenance operation;

    3/ In case of poor maintenance and hygiene;

    4/ In case of natural wear and tear;

    5/ In the event of any work carried out on the jewelry by any person not authorized by Customer Service, as well as any damage resulting from such work.

    When your jewelry is ready, we will notify you by email.
    The repaired jewelry will be sent to the address provided at the time of drop-off.
